Action Transport Theatre (ATT) is looking for new trustees to support the next phase of organisational growth and company development. We currently have spaces for three new trustees to join our thriving and passionate team as we enter a new era.
ATT is a part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio and a specialist, children and young people’s theatre company based at Whitby Hall in Ellesmere Port. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, exploring new ways to tell stories which are ‘playful and political’ and providing inspirational, creative opportunities for children and young people as a central priority.
The charity is undergoing exciting and significant change which includes an ambitious capital programme funded by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Arts Council England, which will see us reach more deeply into our community, as well as amplifying the visibility of our work regionally, nationally, and internationally.
ATT Trustees are engaged and bring a range of skills and experiences; currently, we are particularly keen to hear from applicants with the following areas of expertise:
- Financial management
- Venue management
- Artistic and community practice
We welcome applications from individuals who have a connection to Ellesmere Port and as a passionate advocate for the importance of diversity, we are especially keen to hear from people of colour, those who identify as LGBTQ+, and/or are d/Deaf or disabled.
