Why do you charge a booking fee?

We want to provide the best and most convenient ticket booking service for our customers. To make this possible it means we must invest in Box Office technologies. The booking fee the Box Office provider charges enables us and them to ensure that you will enjoy the best possible customer experience when you buy tickets from us.

As a registered charity we do receive a discounted service fee from our current Box Office provider Eventbrite which is reflected in the booking fee and passed onto you.

If you book in person or on the door there is no booking fee. The same booking fee applies when tickets are purchased over the phone.

Our Box Office system is constantly under review so if you would like share your thoughts please email
